Greg was out of town, so we worked with his associate Meghan McNulty. She was born and raised here. Her knowledge of Ashland, and the surrounding valley was superb. Moving urban, across state to rural: We found Greg by walking into a hip office on Ashland's Main Street. He impressed us with the time he spent with us along with his knowledge of the region, real estate, services (e.g. wells, septic, land use regulations), and culture. Other interviews were no match. He has a great assistant, Meghan McNulty, who we know worked hard behind the scenes. Moving 350 miles north while working took time. Greg listened to what we were looking for (wish list, images, mapping areas we liked) and patiently kept us on his radar over a long stretch of time. When the right property came on the market, his strategy for our offer was creative - and fast. Greg diligently and professionally worked through a long closing process arranging all of the reports and troubleshooting all subsequent finding as well as the many Q & A's between all parties - while we were not present.
