Greg Goebelt did a fabulous job helping us sell our rental property in Ashland! He was very helpful prior to listing the house---we did a walk-thru and he shared insights about what to do and what not to do to improve curb- appeal and value, without wasting money on projects that would not likely have a good return on investment. Greg had his own landscaping crew come in and clean up the property prior to listing, which made the property look so much better! And he funded this landscaping work himself. When it was time to list, Greg and his assistant created a beautiful flyer and posted a virtual tour. He even had a buyer lined up to see the property the same day it listed. I had a full-price offer within 4 days. Greg's buyer ended making the offer we accepted, so he represented both buyer and seller in the deal. Though some may frown upon this, I was actually very impressed with the way Greg handled his fiduciary duties to both buyer and seller. I felt well-represented every step of the way

My wife and I were very pleased with Greg's help in identifying rural small acreage properties we might be interested in. He was very accommodating with respect to our time constraints, even meeting with us outside normal business hours when needed. He was personable and knowledgeable, but most importantly, he struck us both as a very honest person--never doing any of the salesmanship things real estate agents so often do. He was always straightforward and diligent in his research, and always told us "the rest of the story" on properties. He knew going into our relationship that we were mostly just looking, but nevertheless he was very generous with his time and attention. When we are ready to sell our home in town and move to the country (which will be soon, we expect) Greg will be called upon to carry through the search and negotiations.
