We were not very familiar with the Rogue Valley when we first started looking for house. Greg really helped us narrow down our search to a specific area that would be a good fit for our family. We were also really impressed with his ability and desire to help us find the right home for our family - not just a house to sell to us. He spoke with us and got a good idea as to who we were, what was important to us, and what we could afford and helped us find just what we were looking for. When it came to the negotiations and closing, Greg couldn't have done more for us. He took a personal interest in specific details that needed to be worked out in order to close on the house. From getting a good deal, to making sure that everything happened in a timely manner (we had quite a time crunch!), we were only able to close on our house because he and our mortgage lender worked so hard to make it happen. Greg is a person who really believes in helping people find homes. We didn't feel pressured to max out our loan pre-approval limit or just buy the first thing we looked at - it was a longer process than I had expected - but we did find a home that our family enjoys and that is largely thanks to Greg and his commitment to helping people find what they are looking for.
